Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

The safety and well-being of our customers, partners, and teams are our top priority—always. We’re closely monitoring the changing landscape of COVID-19 so we can make the best decisions possible to support our people. We do not accept returns.

If your products were damaged during delivery, please refer to the information below for damaged goods. If you feel there is a problem with the quality of your products aside from shipping, please let us know at info@larkin-us.com.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

SHIPPING

  • Prices are based on total weight of the package and destination (distance from San Francisco, CA). The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Shipment Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday, Thursday and Friday. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • We use USPS to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • You will receive an email after your order has been confirmed, and a separate email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

  • Larkin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, returned, stolen or missing items

  • Larkin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Larkin is not responsible for items that are returned to us because they cannot be delivered. This happens when an address is incorrect or there is no one available to receive the package. We will issue a refund for the order less the shipping and handling fees when the package is returned to us by the carrier. 
  • Larkin is not responsible for packages that are stolen from doorsteps. If your package was delivered and there is proof of delivery, you will need to file a claim with UPS or USPS.
  • Larkin is not responsible for filing or following up with your claim with UPS or USPS
  • If you are missing an item(s) from your order, please contact us at info@larkin-us.com. 

At our own discretion, we may upgrade your parcel without any costs or charges to you to ensure the quickest delivery.

When mailing with USPS First Class or Parcel Post, please note there is NO insurance coverage. We will do our utmost care to pack each and every one of our orders. Larkin Inc is not be liable for damages, lost or theft for orders shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Parcel Post. Shipping via USPS Priority and Express includes $50 of insurance for domestic shipments.

If you prefer to ship with insurance, please choose UPS as all UPS shipments are insured for the full value of your order.

CURBSIDE PICK UP

We are now offering local pick up from our location in San Francisco!

Pick-up hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 9AM-5PM. After placing an order, we will contact you when your order is ready for pick up instructions. 

SPECIAL CARE PACKAGING 

When necessary, we will use extra tape and or wraps to tape down liquid bottles and glass containers to prevent leaks and damage during transit. If you wish to decline additional packaging, please note during checkout.
