Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping & handling cost. In order to keep our prices low, we do not offer free return shipping at the moment. Under special circumstances, we will accept exchanges or return within 60 days for new, unopened items with a 30% restocking fee (or a minimum of $3.50 whichever is higher).

For items with free shipping, there is a $3.50 fee per item for re-shipping an exchange. For returns, a fee of $3.50 will be deducted from the item costs. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account, please contact us through the email form on the Contact Us page.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week upon arrival to our facility. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Larkin Inc assures customers that we will do our best to assist our customers' needs- whether making a purchase or a return. We make every effort to ensure that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We offer UPS and USPS shipping for all domestic orders and USPS for international orders. In the case of P.O. boxes for domestic orders, we will use USPS Priority to ensure that your shipment is correctly received.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct prior to placing and confirming the order. If there are any changes to be made to the shipping address after placing the order, UPS may render a charge of up to $18.

At our own discretion, we may upgrade your parcel without any costs or charges to you to ensure the quickest delivery.

When mailing with USPS First Class or Parcel Post, please note that insurance is not included with shipping rates. We will do our utmost care to pack each and every one of our orders. Larkin Inc is not be liable for damages, lost or theft for orders shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Parcel Post. Shipping via USPS Priority and Express includes $50 of insurance for domestic shipments.

If you prefer to ship with insurance, please note that all UPS shipments are insured for the full value of your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Larkin Inc is not responsible for taxes, customs fees, duties or other fees related to the importation of an order to a foreign country.

LOCAL PICK UP

We are now offering local pick up from our office in San Francisco!

Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM. After placing an order, we will contact you when your order is ready for pick up and include detail instructions. 

SPECIAL CARE PACKAGING 

When necessary, we will use extra tape and or wraps to tape down liquid bottles and glass containers to prevent leaks and damage during transit. If you wish to decline additional packaging, please note during checkout.

DAMAGES AND LOSS

When mailing with USPS First Class or Parcel Post, please note that tracking confirmation and insurance is not included with shipping rates. We will do our utmost care to pack each and every one of our orders. In order to keep our prices low and maintain the quality of our service, Larkin Inc is not be liable for damages, lost or theft for orders shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Parcel Post. Shipping via USPS Priority and Express includes $50 of insurance for domestic shipments. If you prefer to ship with insurance, please note that all UPS shipments include insurance for the full value of your order.

For damages or loss, please contact Customer Service at at info@Larkin-US.com and include your purchase invoice number and contact information. Though damages and/or loss are rare, they unfortunately do occur. When you receive your shipment and find damaged or missing merchandise:

  1. If possible, notify the delivery person or refuse the shipment.
  2. Take photos of the damaged merchandise, packaging box, and all contents of the order to assist in the investigation by the carrier. By doing so will expedite your claim and ensure the recovery of your loss. 
  3. Notify us via email with these photos immediately to info@Larkin-US.com.

While we will assists as best as we can with the claims process of the chosen carrier, Larkin Inc is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items caused by the courier service.

If a customer places an order and request to have delivery release without signature, doing so will waive any and all liability of the carrier and Larkin Inc in the event of loss, stolen or damaged order.
