Cassia Angustifolia (Senna), and Panax Ginseng Roots
Directions
Pour one cup (8 ounces) of boiling water over one tea bag, cover and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press tea bag lightly and remove. Drink one cup hot or cold, after the evening meal. For optimum flavor, never over steep. To sweeten taste, add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Not recommended for children, elderly or pregnant women. Contains Senna that acts as a stimulant laxative. Prolonged steeping time can increase the risk of adverse laxative effects, including but not limited to nausea, abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. Chronic use of laxatives can impair colon function. Laxative-induced diarrhea does not significantly reduce absorption of food calories.
