Van Cheong's finest High Mountain Oolong Tea is the finest high mountain grown Oolong from the famous Tungting Mountains of central Taiwan. This blend is comprised of the first flush and is slightly roasted and handrolled. The roasted tea that has a rich amber color with a fragrant aroma and offers a unique lightly sweeten taste in your throat.
Comments: Notable light colored fragrant tea aroma while maintaining a light sweet taste and a unique flowery aroma. Oolong tea leaves are from the first harvest.
Directions:
1. Flush tea pot with boiling water.
2. Put in an adequate amount of tea leaves (5g for 100c.c. of water)
3. Pour boiling water on leaves and steep for 3 minutes, then ready to serve. Tea leaves may be steeped up to 3 infusions for best tasting.
